How it works

Three steps from a folder of PDFs to investor-grade readiness.

CapReadi replaces the email-and-spreadsheet diligence grind. You do the work once; every investor after that sees a live, verified view.

  1. 1

    Upload once

Work through the Universal Core 22: the documents every institutional investor asks for, from formation papers to the cap table to the financial model. Founding documents come first; if something does not exist yet, say so and investors see that too.

  2. 2

    See where you stand

Each document is checked and marked with where it came from. A readiness score across eight dimensions shows the ground you have covered, and the three items that would move the number most are always at the top.

  3. 3

    Share a ReadiLink

Pick a recipient, choose what they see, set an expiry, send one link. They open a live view with a visible watermark. You see when they looked and at what, and you can hide an item or revoke the link at any time.

The eight dimensions

Readiness is scored the way a diligence team works through a company, not the way a file cabinet is organized.

Corporate

Formation, good standing, bylaws, board consents.

Equity

Cap table, option plan, 409A, prior financing documents.

Financials

Historical statements, management accounts, cash and runway.

Forecast

The operating model with its assumptions stated.

Traction

Revenue evidence, pipeline, retention, the numbers behind the deck.

Contracts

Customer, vendor, and IP agreements that carry the business.

Team

Key hires, employment terms, advisor arrangements.

Legal

IP assignments, litigation, regulatory, insurance.

What the marks mean

Investors do not have to take your word for it. Every document carries a state, and the states are the same on your side and theirs.

Vanward Verified

An automated check read the document and found it to be the requested record, with the entity and date it shows. It describes the check applied, not an audit.

Company Verified

You locked this version as the one your company stands behind. It cannot change without an explicit unlock, and the unlock is recorded.

Founder-confirmed

You state the document is complete and current. Investors see exactly that wording, so a confirmation is never mistaken for a verification.

FinReadi Close

The same trail, every month.

For companies with a controller or fractional CFO, FinReadi runs the month-end close inside Vanward: a template of reconciliations and entries, a preparer and a reviewer on every step, a completeness dashboard, and a close package at the end. Every reconciliation you attach is evidence your readiness score and your investor links already read.
